There was a 2 year study done by Kansas State University where they trapped bucks and does. They tagged and put radio collars on most of them. These were wild deer and not fenced in and we have seen around 5 different bucks with the collars and killed the one. After the kill our responsibility was to turn the collar back in to Quivira National Wildlife Refuge.
The final results of the study should be published within a year.
